Analyst – Data & Research
Job Specification:
- Update quarterly market data on CEO succession and talent planning across the UK, US, Europe and Asia
- Supporting the research team with data collection and analysis on specific studies prior to research publication
- Prepare case study support data
- Support the data tools development team with supporting materials
- Assist with responses to government consultation papers.
- Attend relevant meetings - tasks include preparing the meeting agendas and the follow-up notes and ensuring the other 25xTalent team members are duly informed of any action affecting their respective areas.
- No prior experience on Excel is needed, although much of this work will be Excel based.
- Given the team is small and this is a start-up environment support the team when needed.
- You will be expected to work at least 3 days a week at our offices at 6 Orsman Road, N1 3RA.
Internships
We take interns throughout the year. No prior experience is needed.
Tasks may include:
- Supporting the research team with data collection and analysis. No prior experience on Excel is needed, although much of this work will be Excel based.
- Supporting the data tools development team with relevant materials.
- Supporting the membership and event teams including the preparation of relevant documents.
- Supporting the media assets and platforms team including data analytics relevant materials
- Given the team is small and this is a start-up environment support the team when needed.
Executive Assistant to the CEO
We are looking for a part-time consultant to assist the CEO, Tara Cemlyn-Jones, as an Executive Assistant (EA) who feels passionately about our mission and values, but at the same time has sufficient corporate experience to interact in a professional and timely manner with senior counterparts.
The EA’s main function will be managing the CEO’s diary and logistics, and the role requires experience working with board and C-Suite members at FTSE100 and global companies.
The EA will need to:
Apply the guidelines provided for prioritisation of meetings booked appropriately
Share the status of the meetings booked with the 25xTalent team
Assist with the allocation of the supporting documents required for each meeting
Ensure the supporting documents required are prepared and added to the diary entries in a timely manner.
Update the team at the regular team meetings, currently every Monday and Thursday.
Manage the time allocation between external meetings, internal team meetings and the CEO’s time in an optimal a way
The EA is also responsible for arranging the 25xTalent board meetings, strategy sessions and Advisory Group meetings and in addition, support the team as required.
Candidates must have either:
Ca. ten years’ experience working as an EA to the CEO in a high-growth company, or
Ca. five years’ experience working as an EA with FTSE350 or large global companies.
This would be a consultancy agreement for a 20-hours a week and we would prefer someone to work at our offices at 6 Orsman Road N1 3RA.
If the candidate is very experienced, we can accept a hybrid arrangement.
Analyst - Membership, Events & Media Assets
Job Specification:
- Assist with preparing supporting materials for membership conversations
- Prepare the on-boarding documents for new members and ensuring on-boarding proceeds smoothly.
- Maintain and update the Media Assets support documents.
- Prepare supporting materials for interviews with key 25xTalent Ambassadors.
- Assist with preparing relevant materials and supporting documents for 25xTalent events
- Attend relevant meetings - tasks include preparing the meeting agendas and the follow-up notes and ensuring the other 25xTalent team members are duly informed of any action affecting their respective areas.

Membership Support Manager - Position not yet open
Job Specification:
- Assist the CEO with conversations with existing members, potential members, other corporates and collaborators.
- Supervise the support documents for this function, including membership commitments and on-boarding documents for new members.
- Oversee the implementation of the new Members CRM (Client Relationship Management) tool – under development.
- Manage events, including curated CEO dinners, Rising Stars, Women’s Networking Group events and others.
- Support the other 25xTalent teams on any element involving membership.
Experience
- Ideally some managerial experience in corporate communications, investor relations, corporate access or related areas.
This role is very suited for someone who wishes to work part-time or from home and could be easily undertaken with a 10-15 hour commitment a week with a flexible timetable—terms to be discussed on inquiry.
