Our Data Tools
We develop diagnostic data tools with predictive modelling and analytics to help companies identify talent planning issues.
Companies will need to adapt their talent planning as a result of business disruption caused by new technologies. As disruption is happening so fast, relying on historical patterns regarding skills and experience will not be enough.
We believe that our model and approach, which harnesses the opinion of a broad range of experts and leverages recent case-studies, provides essential thought leadership and strategic direction.
Interactive Framework Tool
Our first data tool, the Interactive Framework Tool, helps companies identify succession and talent planning issues including executive gender-balance using the Pathways to CEO analysis.
This tool was launched with members in May 2023 and was made freely available December in 2023. It now has over 2,500 users. We will be launching an updated data tool in 2026.

Kirsty Wilson, Partner & prior Global Exco Member

“It was really easy to use and looks great. Self-assesment might be difficult for some less mature companies. A guide would be useful when filling in the online tool.”
