Our History

25xTalent (previously 25x25) was launched in 2021 to help organisations improve their executive gender-balance. The Pathways to CEO methodology developed by the 25xTalent team has allowed companies to undertake a deeper skills-based analysis of their talent pipelines to better identify structural challenges that are leading to imbalances on gender or specific types of skills. As new technologies, such as AI, disrupt business processes talent planning will need to adapt fast. Historical patterns, skills and experience will not be sufficient to address future needs. 25xTalent’s strategic approach, referencing current case studies, provides leadership teams with dynamic diagnostics on how pipelines can be refreshed and replenished and how new skills can be embedded into companies’ culture.
